Our service is distinguished by the high caliber of our people, ensuring our promises are delivered. Understanding and responding to our customers’ needs, we deliver innovative solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Freight Brokerage Administrator to join our team to maintain freight documents and data entry to track daily transportation services to and from various projects and facilities while ensuring a smooth delivery of service to our clients.

**Duties**
- Update and maintain office documents
- Communicate with customers concerning freight details, delivery or pickup times.
- Prepare all dispatch documents.
- Maintain records of dispatched calls, driver status and delivery and pickup times.
- Database entry of carrier documents and compliance information.
- Database entry of carrier payment and load information.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Willingness to learn and incorporate new skills
- Bilingual in English/ Spanish is a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
