**REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet guests as they enter the facility.
- Focus on ensuring guests' overall enjoyment.
- Check in with party parents regarding their party experience.
- Host and organize events, ensuring the park's presentation and cleanliness.
- Assist in nightly closing procedures and close out daily deposits.
- Support the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) in maintaining staff and conducting staff training sessions.
- Enforce company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to cleaning protocols and present a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
- Maintain inventory and supplies.

**Transaction Management**:

- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to guests.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or guest complaints promptly and effectively.

**Staff Management**:

- Supervise and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members.
- Handle staff-related issues, including conflicts and disciplinary actions, in a fair and consistent manner.

**Facility Maintenance**:

- Complete daily maintenance and utility reports.
- Notify supervisors of any unsafe conditions.
- Keep the environment safe and clean by removing trash, obstructions, and spills from floors and couches.
- Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, mats, nets, windows, and walls.
- Disinfect commonly used items and areas, such as bathroom stall doors, waiver stations, arcade areas, candy machines, and door handles.
- Empty trash bins from parties and seating areas.
- Assist party hosts with cleanup tasks, including trash removal, sweeping, and mopping.
- Perform regular hourly bathroom checks and cleanups.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience as a manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in planning and budgeting.
- Knowledge of business processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
