**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Assist the Education Director in managing educational services and supervising education staff at all Hillcrest sites.**

**2. Assist the Director with all compliance activity as required.**

**3. Establish efficient classroom structures and programming and provide coaching and support to teachers as required.**

**4. Determine, define, and deliver professional development including waivers, licensure and continued development.**

**5. Support and determine standardized and alternate curriculum as well as state assessments at all campuses.**

**Educational Requirements**: Master’s Degree in Education required and successful completion of the MTEL’s.

**Experience**:Knowledge of State regulation in learning standards, demonstration of pedagogical excellence and supervisory and or coaching experience.

**Licenses or Certification**: Special Education certification in teaching or administration.

**Salary Range: $71,000-$83,000 a year
