As an **Assistant Clinical Director,** you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient dental records. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing dental charts to identify any discrepancies or missing information and ensure that proper dental care is being provided to our patients. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in this role. Ultimately, your work will contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
- 10+years of experience in a DDS role.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong computer skills.
- Experience with electronic dental record (EHR) systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze dental charts to ensure accuracy and completeness of patient records as well as proper treatment and care for the patient.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information in dental charts.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of chart review.
- Review and evaluate up to 100 charts daily.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to dental procedures and practices.
- Ensure billing services are accurate.

**Skills**:
In this role, you will utilize your strong clinical experience to ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient dental records and treatment. Your excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in identifying discrepancies or missing information in dental charts. Additionally, your experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines will be beneficial in this role.
