Responsible for configuring, installing, monitoring, and maintaining IT user’s PC software and hardware, providing remote IT support, assisting with endpoint remediation, configuring printers, troubleshooting mobile devices, and documenting solutions. Also involved in audiovisual setups and maintaining Windows workstations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Configure and deploy Information Technology resources, such as desktops, laptops, printers, plotters, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral equipment using established troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist in coordinating audiovisual setups and providing support for videoconferencing, with preferred knowledge of Virtual Meeting Applications.
- Assist with Inventory Audits by scanning equipment, following surplus preparation procedures, and ensuring accurate and timely tracking.
- Handle security administration tasks such as password resets.
- Install, configure, and update software.
- Contribute to team projects, meetings, and assignments.
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to departmental procedures and policies.
- Enforce departmental policies and procedures.
- Document solutions to technology issues.
- Travel to remote sites to resolve IT-related issues and deploy resources.
- Track incidents in Service Desk Ticketing Systems.
- Create and track Property Management Reports for IT equipment transfers, relocation, and reassignment using the PMR System.
- Telework may be required (details provided in this posting).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Be flexible to work between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation, providing assistance during evenings and weekends.
- Be available to work additional hours as needed for business continuity.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-motivation skills.
- Experience in mobile device and audiovisual support.
- Attention to detail, customer-centric approach, and familiarity with Active Directory.
- Time management, organizational skills, and teamwork ability.
- Proficiency in Service Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and virtual desktops.

**Complexity**:

- Experience in an enterprise environment preferred, willingness to work varying shifts and travel up to 50%.
- Ability to handle feedback, lift up to 50 pounds, and adapt to changing schedules.

**Location**:

- Pompano, Florida. This is an onsite position. Must be a Florida resident.

**Background Screening**:

- A Level 1 background check will be conducted prior to starting the work. The results of the background check will determine eligibility for performing services pursuant to this agreement.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
