**Job Summary**:
**Job responsibilities include**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with New Era’s goals and target audience.
- Manage and maintain New Era’s social media profiles and presence on all relevant platforms.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets, to drive audience engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations related to the company and industry, and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize strategies and content.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and incorporate new tools and techniques into strategies as needed.
- Manage social media campaigns, including targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify social media reach and impact.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and campaigns, including messaging, tone, and visual elements.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a social media specialist or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.

Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software is preferable.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
