**Duties**:

- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with all project requirements.
- Utilize software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, P6, Sage, for project scheduling and tracking.
- Collaborate with construction site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in construction estimating and budgeting processes.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in project management principles.
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera, Sage.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and coordination.
- Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

Ability to Relocate:

- Tampa, FL 33609: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
