We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing diverse projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team at our corporate office in Boca Raton, FL

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of construction projects and other projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the activities of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to assist the Project Managers in the field.
- Manage Utilities accounts for projects and other administrative duties
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Creating Scopes of Work
- Attend project meetings and communicate project updates to the team and stakeholders
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including Scopes of Work, Material Lists, and all other supporting documents.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and file management and expense tracking.
- Work with corporate office team on other projects as they arise.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Construction Project Coordinator or similar role is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in working with computers and data entry, including experience with project management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of construction industry process, terminology, and regulations is an asset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address potential project issues.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
