**SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST**

We are **Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C.** (**PSFM**), a growing multidisciplinary medical group looking for a talented, friendly, and energetic team member to enhance growth through the use of social media. We’re a professional, agile and innovative group who offers a variety of health and wellness programs well beyond the scope of a typical medical groups. We are looking to engage our community through social media and development of content that both educates our patients / clients and enhances engagement with our services.

**This is an ideal position for new grad or someone with 1-3 years of experience.**

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Manage and maintain social media accounts for our business.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms including graphics, videos, and captions.
- Proofread and edit social media posts to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Video editing and photography for social media content.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with the web and digital marketing teams to optimize social media presence.
- Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the digital media team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
- Assist in analyzing data and reporting on social media performance.

**WHO WE NEED**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, etc and analytics tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread content for errors.
- Creativity and a passion for social media marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
