Power BI Developer

**Responsibilities**:
- Manages and administers Office 365 systems OneDrive, SharePoint, Powerapps, etc
- Provides technical support to end-users through the helpdesk and phone calls.
- Installs software for users and/or business systems.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365 administration, OneDrive Migrations, TEAMS, SharePoint and PowerApps.
- Experience automating tasks using scripting/tools (i.e. PowerShell, Power Automate, python, etc.)
- Provide end-user support for Microsoft Teams and related tools. Develop and deliver training materials to enhance staff competency in using collaboration platforms.
- Train and mentor other team members on best practices related to Microsoft PowerApps
**Education and Experience**:
- Required
- Associate’s degree in computer sciences or similar discipline, 3-5 years of systems administration experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: Industry related certifications.
**All you need for success**:
- Proven experience in administering Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft collaboration tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams Phone, etc.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on collaboration and communication tools.
- Strong knowledge of IT security and compliance, especially in cloud and collaboration environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and user-focused approach.
- Strong understanding of M365 site architecture and modern site configuration.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, specifically those focusing on Teams and collaboration services.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certification
- Experience with Dataverse a plus.
- Must have a Public Trust or security clearance.
