**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the South Bend office to maximize sales, profitability, and product quality, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Thrive in a high-performance environment with aggressive growth goals, driving lead conversion and generating referral business.
- Manage, train, and develop a high-performing team, addressing performance issues and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Engage in hands-on business development and lead generation activities to supplement market growth.
- Recruit and oversee installation subcontractors to ensure quality and timely project completion.
- Maintain operational efficiency by managing personnel and implementing process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of integrity and excellence.
- Serve as a liaison for both external and internal customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Exceed departmental goals and uphold company standards of excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Highly motivated with a minimum of five years of systematic sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in sales management, with a minimum of two years of experience.
- Knowledge of home remodeling or construction preferred, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proven ability to manage projects and follow through with structured action.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands.
