**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Store Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage inventory, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

**2. Sales and Customer Service**:

- Drive sales targets with effective strategies to meet and exceed goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.

**3. Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

**4. Merchandising and Store Presentation**:

- Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product promotions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep.

**5. Financial Management**:

- Manage the store's budget and control expenses.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Oversee cash management and banking procedures.

**6. Marketing and Community Engagement**:

- Implement local marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
- Build relationships with local beauty professionals and organizations.
- Coordinate and participate in in-store events and promotions.
- Network with suite renters to build strong community ties.

**7. Additional Responsibilities**:

- Perform makeup touch-ups as needed.
- Receive ongoing brand education to stay updated on products and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the beauty supply industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in sales and customer service, and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of beauty products and industry trends is highly desirable.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
