Dematic Corp. is looking for a Data Analyst to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment to support our team. The Data Analyst position is integral to the success of the Resident Maintenance team responsible for performance-based contracts and reporting. This role is responsible for collaborating with SME’s and cross-functional teams to gather, wrangle, cleanse, structure, and build models that create reports and tools to manage our business.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**What You Will Do in This Role**:

- Automate daily tasks through queries, scripts, and other coding techniques.
- Partner with business analysts and department/function experts to understand where data may be of most valuable
- Define data infrastructure and data management processes, creating a sophisticated, agile, and robust data architecture.
- Extract, cleanse, normalize, and combine data from multiple sources and systems.
- Analyze data within and across business domains to develop presentations or dashboards for insights, recommendations, and answers to strategic questions.
- Design, enhance, and maintain new and existing KPI-based dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Work with IT partners to improve data quality and governance.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop, modify, and distribute standard and ad hoc management reports/dashboards which provide actionable data; includes leading and lagging indicators of success.
- Work closely with Resident Maintenance sites and management; primarily related (but not limited to) Insights, Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and reporting.
- Provide data analysis visuals on Power BI platform to the Resident Maintenance team on trends, patterns, and gaps; leverage data, analytics, and technology to propose and implement solutions. Work closely with regional teams to define processes to ensure data quality is maintained at the highest level.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Information Science or Computer Science
- 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science role
- Proven competency in dashboard design and information visualization techniques
- Proficient SQL programming skills with understanding of database capabilities
- Experience integrating, structuring, and analyzing large amounts of data from diverse sources.
- Familiarity with common BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx)
- Ability to investigate issues to root cause, understand and explain trends/shifts in data.
- Experience handling unstructured data.
