Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Record cash entries accurately and reconcile bank statements monthly.
- Monitor and record sales tax entries and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle wire transfers and other financial transactions accurately and promptly.
- Manage lease documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy of records.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or related field.
- Proficient in QuickBooks online.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and other relevant accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
- This is not a remote position or hybrid position.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of leasing industry practices and terminology is a plus.
