**About Your Role**:
The Processing Assistant at Peoples Mortgage will help in all aspects of loan processing. You must love creating order out of chaos, and making sure that all tasks list items are up to date in our systems You also love rolling up your sleeves to create more efficient ways of helping the loan process flow.

**Who You Are**:

- You are highly organized and understand how information may need to flow to various systems across the organization.
- You enjoy learning and assisting the senior loan processor that you are assigned to.
- Employment Verifications are your JAM You help own the verification process and push to make sure that a written employment verification is received in a timely manner.
- You are persistent and detail oriented. You are responsible for accuracy (and it drives you nuts if something is off).
- You have great communication skills. You interact with various levels of employees to help route everything needed within a loan for accurate underwriting.
- You keep forms up to date to make sure whoever needs information at any time has access to it.
- You are a people person, and love speaking to our employees and various 3rd parties about all things within your responsibilities. You always know how to provide great customer service
- You love implementing new processes, procedures, and systems to help streamline operations. You provide solutions that work.
- You work closely with the Sales team, especially the LOA, to make sure they have all the information they need as it relates to their loan files.

**Projects You’ll Work On**:

- Ordering appropriate documents including credit report updates, title work, appraisal, final inspections, hazard insurance, flood certification and flood insurance if required.

**Experience**:

- Basic PC knowledge and skills, basic math ability, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Pay: $35,360.00 per year
