**Job brief**:
In office -Monday - Friday with hours 8:30am-5:00 pm

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain a loan pipeline with maximum efficiency and high conversion rates.
- Gather all missing data from clients (assets, debts, etc.) and other third parties (insurance, title, etc.).
- Correct mistakes and investigate inconsistencies.
- Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other parties involved in the mortgage process to ensure timely and smooth closings.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2-year experience with mortgage industry regulations and guidelines preferred.
- Knowledge of underwriting systems DU and LP.
- Proficiency with mortgage loan processing software and systems.
- Understanding of FHA, VA, and conventional loan guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills and superb organizational skills.
- Ability to make calculated decisions based upon the needs of the loans (e.g. communicating with borrowers when specific documents are needed, prioritizing which loans to work on).
- Ability to work collaboratively, independently, and under pressure.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
