**Black Diamond Paving is hiring for a Paving Crew - Heavy Equipment Operator for their office in Escondido, CA**

This individual will join our operations team and support our paving, sealcoating, striping and concrete teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience with Paving and/or Sealcoating processes & equipment (a paver, roller, bobcat, asphalt raking, sealcoat machine etc.)
- Maintain acceptable, clean California Class C and/or Class A driver’s license (Class A license is a plus, but not required)
- Display safety consciousness, a strong work ethic, exceptional attitude & attendance traits.
- Demonstrate team skills on an ongoing basis.
- Be available to work weekends and out of town when necessary.
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (or experience working in a bilingual environment)
- Must be able to pass post offer drug test and MVR check.

**Job Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalency required, and 1-2 years of related; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license (Class A CDL is a plus)
