Forklift Operator/material Handler

Job Summary:

Small group of highly driven individuals working together as a team -making work as enjoyable as possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate large offroad forklifts
- Moving materials 21' to 42' in length up to 28,000lbs
- Maintain open communication with the Yard/Warehouse Manager
- Load and unload materials from flat beds to bin locations
- Move materials within the warehouse to facilitate production and fulfillment
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company standards and procedures
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed
- Ensure quality and accuracy on all items to be shipped/received
- Pull material for orders, transfers, etc.
- Stage orders for pick up or will call

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a forklift operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to forklifts
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification
- Proficiency in materials handling techniques
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor is a plus
