Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler - Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to join our team at Westinghouse. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, including data entry into SAP and other systems.
  • Prepare items for shipment, including packaging and labeling.
  • Coordinate with Planning and Global Logistics to support customer on-time delivery and packaging requirements.
  • Operate forklift and other equipment to load, unload, and transport goods.
  • Monitor supply inventory and order crates or coordinate packaging of shipments as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in packaging and shipping a variety of products.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and administrative skills.
