- 10/03/06**Job Purpose**:Two to three sentences describing the overall purpose of the job- Perform cleaning and stocking duties in F&B outlet and lobby bar areas to ensure bartender’s execution of customer service.**Responsibilities**:Maximum of ten responsibilities, in order of percentage of time spent on functions from longest to shortest; do not list anything that does not represent at least 10% of the job’s time. Please include supervisory responsibilities.- 1.- Stock all bars with mixing and serving supplies. Ensure that bartenders have all required supplies.- 2.Ensure that liquor bottles are full and appropriate back-ups are in the place.
- 3.Fill ice dispensers as needed throughout shift.
- 4.Stock all beer and wine.
- 5.Clean and secure glassware throughout the shift.
- 6.Stock backup garnishes, juices, and other mixers.
- 7.Maintain a clean and organized storeroom.
- 8.Perform appropriate side work.
- 9.Perform other duties as assigned.
**Job Qualifications**:Describe the minimum qualifications needed to complete the job responsibilities.- Education- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.- Experience- Food service experience preferred.
