As Deck Supervisor you are an integral part of the SafeSplash® learn to swim program. In this role you will experience first-hand the dynamic, fast-paced environment of the nation’s largest swim school. You will work closely with both our Swim Instructors and Lifeguards to ensure our lessons run smoothly at all times. Becoming a deck supervisor also opens a door to progress down multiple career tracks, fostering both professional and personal growth

**Requirements**:
**Required**:

- A passion for children and young families
- A passion for exceptional customer service
- Keep and maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification, Red Cross CPR/AED certification for adult, infant and child
- 3 years’ experience working with children in any capacity
- Complete training in the SafeSplash curriculum within the first 30 days of employment
- Must be able to successfully complete all Lifeguarding pre-requisites to American Red Cross standards
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs
- Strongly Preferred: WSI certification
- Background in early childhood learning, teaching or coaching kids Customer Service Experience (hospitality, restaurant, retail, call center, etc.)

**Part-time position**:
20-25 hours per week
