**Job Description**:

- Assist Director of Creative Operations in providing day-to-day task management for a team of designers, copy writers, production managers and external creative talents
- Responsible for the coordination of creative campaigns and projects - from inception to on time completion - as well as liaising between our internal creative team and various key departments and stakeholders throughout the company
- Assist Director of Creative Operations in timeline building and team resourcing for all creative campaigns and projects
- Work closely with the relevant cross-functional teams to ensure a focused brief is created for every creative request - gathering additional information when needed
- Maintain project management tools/calendars/documents with current and accurate information
- Assist Director of Operations in managing content production processes:

- Daily point of contact for all external photographers and content creators (communicate pricing, timelines, deliverables, feedback, contracts, POs etc.)
- Order and ship product for photoshoots
- Upload assets to DAM and share out with internal teams
- Assist Director of Operations in managing invoicing and budget tracking for creative department

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or another creative or related field
- 2-3 years integrated project management experience, including prior management of print & digital production
- 2+ years of experience in advertising and shoot/ post-production
- Creative agency experience is a plus
- Fashion retail experience a plus
- Project management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects through to completion
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong professional partnerships
- Strong interest in and aptitude for producing creative and marketing solutions
- Positive attitude, teamwork

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of the capabilities and limitations around various print production processes
- Experience with Asana is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
