Job Description:
Assist Director of Creative Operations in providing day-to-day task management for a team of designers, copy writers, production managers and external creative talents
Responsible for the coordination of creative campaigns and projects - from inception to on time completion - as well as liaising between our internal creative team and various key departments and stakeholders throughout the company
Assist Director of Creative Operations in timeline building and team resourcing for all creative campaigns and projects
Work closely with the relevant cross-functional teams to ensure a focused brief is created for every creative request - gathering additional information when needed
Maintain project management tools/calendars/documents with current and accurate information
Assist Director of Operations in managing content production processes:Assist Director of Operations in managing invoicing and budget tracking for creative department
Daily point of contact for all external photographers and content creators (communicate pricing, timelines, deliverables, feedback, contracts, POs etc.)
Order and ship product for photoshoots
Upload assets to DAM and share out with internal teams


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or another creative or related field

2-3 years integrated project management experience, including prior management of print & digital production
2+ years of experience in advertising and shoot/ post-production
Creative agency experience is a plus
Fashion retail experience a plus
Project management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects through to completion
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong professional partnerships 
Strong interest in and aptitude for producing creative and marketing solutions
Positive attitude, teamwork- oriented, reliable, focused on deliverables
Creative problem solver
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of the capabilities and limitations around various print production processes
Experience with Asana is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Pay Range: 60-70k
