**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Platform Administrator Tasks:

- Provide access and technical support to platform end users, including license provisioning and user onboarding.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, including responding to incident and response tickets per established SLAs.
- Support maintenance of enterprise level catalog of data pipelines, and system connectors.
- Support maintenance of available enterprise level tools and features as documented in the service catalog.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and analysis in support of deployed front end and back-end capabilities and features.
- Provide data, business intelligence, and analytics systems and solution specific documentation to end users.

**Analyst Tasks**:

- Support data analysis to address issues and obtain solutions to problems encountered in the analysis of available data.
- Support data analysis functions to include the development of metrics to measure progress towards established targets.
- Provide analysis and support for data interpretation to both technical experts and other stakeholder end users of the data.
- Design and execute tests, evaluate results to ensure data compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulations.
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the data owners and advise on remediation.
- Manage the data storage environment, including data sources, security, retention, and metadata.
- Help develop enterprise level reports and analysis to distributed use by end users across the enterprise.
- Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization, including design and deployment of automated solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, data tagging, and data cleansing.

**Education**:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.

**General Experience**:

- A minimum of one (1) year work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
- Professional experience analyzing data sources to provide actionable recommendations for data quality and security.
- Professional experience collecting metrics and trending data.
- Professional experience creating reports and data visualizations.
- Professional experience administering systems against established data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
- Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional experience with statistical software.
