Role and Responsibilities and requirements
- Sew products after they have been assembled to be sent to trimming
- Follow schedule of product ship dates as directed
- Clean work area DAILY (at the end of shift)
- Dispose of waste
- Follow Work schedule - Workday Hours
- Communicate any problems with jacket to QA department and have problem fixed by assembler or supervisor
- Use safety equipment provided - report injuries immediately to supervisor or manager
- Respect the Employee Handbook
- Lead by example; help others to achieve. Promote a good work environment
- Other duties that are requested by supervisor or manager

Qualifications and Education Requirements

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**:

- ** Skills**
- Sewing machine operation and basic maintenance
- Read CAD drawings
- Basic Math - use a variety of measuring tools
- Communication skills

Fundamental Job Requirements**
- Ability to lift 50lbs+
- Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to reach, stretch, lift and stoop regularly
