Join our team, where our Maintenance Helpers are key to our success by supporting **general cleaning and preventative maintenance** of the hotel property.

Availability: 2 shifts a week may include weekend days 8:30 AM to 5 PM

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to work nights and weekends. Prior experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting preferred.
- Perform the guest room preventative maintenance and general cleaning program on the scheduled system.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment, plumbing, and electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, and program televisions.
- Perform daily property walk-through inspections to ensure there are no areas requiring immediate attention.
- Provide periodic maintenance inventory updates to engineering management when requested or required.
- Maintain pool operations in compliance with county health department regulations.
- Perform the physical aspects of the job including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
