**About us**
Florida Screen & Shutter is a growing local business which provides Hurricane Protection and Screen Enclosures to SWFL residents. Our focus is on providing quality custom installations for our customers while providing cost savings and peace of mind.
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily updating of CRM
- Generate new business and follow up on existing leads setting appointments
- Check in on old leads or opportunities and revisit
- Convert leads to appointments, appointments to negotiation, negotiation to job.
- Visit customer sites mainly within Lee, Charlotte or some Collier County (company paid gas)
- Prepare proposals using salesforce and be able to provide customer with proposal on site at the first visit
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers.
- Close business
Expectations:
- Minimum closing rate set by owners/managers
- Minimum of 40 hours spent working in field or in office
- Attending tradeshows if needed quarterly.
- Have a positive attitude
- Be hungry Your commission will be uncapped, your pay will be based on your efforts.
- Self motivated individuals are a must. We are a busy company and most successfull employees should require little direction. While we are here to support, provide training and give help when needed, we like to give our employees the confidence and freedom to do their job in a way that also supports their own personal growth and goals.
- Follow already established processess for sales but we are open to suggestion and are always looking to get better.
- Customer follow up is a must at minimum 3 touches after proposal given
