**This position will be located in the Los Angeles offices and will have a hybrid work arrangement. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.**:
**Basic Qualifications**
- **Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or other related field**:

- **10 or more years of commercial lending experience**:

- **Three or more years of relationship management experience**:
**Preferred Skills/Experience**
- **Considerable knowledge and experience in managing and growing a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans**:

- **Strong leadership and strategic management skills**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:

- **Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills**:
**Location Expectation**:
**The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.**:
