The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. We pride ourselves in providing a high standard of care for patients of all ages and conditions, while upholding an environment of kindness, dignity, and respect for employees and residents alike. As a **Recreation Aide** at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve the quality of life, health, and comfort of residents.

**Recreation Aide Responsibilities**
- Prepare recreational programs and activities to meet the functional levels, needs, and interests of residents
- Maintain records of residents’ attendance and participation in activities
- Coordinate activities with other departments as necessary
- Follow care plans in providing daily activities for residents
- Encourage residents to take part in personal development
- Promote physical, social, and mental well-being of residents

**Recreation Aide Requirements**
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- COVID-19 Vaccination

**Preferred**
- Previous experience in long-term care
