We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Director to lead Helping Gods Children Org in Los Angeles on a commission-based arrangement. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, driving fundraising efforts, and advancing our mission to [specific goals or objectives].

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve the organization's mission and objectives.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure grants, donations, and sponsorships.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
- Manage the organization's budget and financial resources effectively.
- Lead and support staff members and volunteers to ensure the successful implementation of programs and initiatives.
- Represent the organization to stakeholders, the public, and the media.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in nonprofit management or a related leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in fundraising and grant writing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
- Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities.
- Passion for the mission and vision of Helping Gods Children Org.
- Must be willing to work on a commission-based structure.
