**Position**: Video Production Assistant

**Schedule**: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (In-office)

**Job Type**: (1099)

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize wedding footage, ensuring all content is accurately accounted for and stored appropriately.
- Download wedding footage to our in-house server, maintaining data integrity and organization.
- Effectively communicate with team members using Trello, updating project statuses and moving information as needed.
- Collaborate with the production team to support various tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Trello, Google Drive, Google Docs, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
