**What you’ll do**:

- Directly supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and activities, resolve issues promptly, and minimize delays or errors.
- Monitor the receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution of all items in the warehouse, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the warehouse department, implementing new procedures, tools, or technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Interface with customers to communicate order status, delivery schedules, and any issues or concerns, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years** **of management** experience in a warehouse environment **required**.
- Must be **bilingual **in Spanish and English.
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong, assertive personality to hold our teams accountable and ensure customers are receiving our white-glove treatment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Must be open to occasional weekend work (as needed for coverage).
- Tenacious multi-tasker with the ability to manage variety of responsibilities simultaneously.
- Experienced in performance management and assessing skillsets.
