**Full Time employees will receive a $1000 Sign on Bonus - residential direct care only**
- **Part Time employees will receive a $500 Sign on Bonus - residential direct care only**:
- **_FT-$200 at 6 weeks, $200 at 90 days and $600 at 6 months. PT-$100 at 6 weeks and $100 at 90 days and $300 at 6 months._**
**We are looking for people who will work together to**:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for adult disabled individuals by being a positive role model and provide the highest quality of service
- Be comfortable with behaviors that may arise
- Assist with activities of daily living (I.E personal hygiene and care which will include showering and toileting), community recreational activities, and functional activities
- Maintain confidential files and complete daily report
