The position is an hourly, individual contributor role with a compensation of $15 per hour, paid biweekly.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

**Availability**:

- Must be available
- 2pm to 9pm two times per week
- 8am to 6pm Saturday or
- 11am to 5pm Sunday

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate department
- Process customer payments and accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Maintain an organized and clean work area at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork
- Keep track of inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the dealership

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service and cash handling preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy when processing transactions
- Professional and courteous demeanor with a strong work ethic
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
