In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex AI and machine learning systems. You will have access to ADP's unparalleled dataset to explore new AI innovations that influence the daily working lives of millions.

- Lead architecture and development of innovative AI/ML solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI
- Develop systems architecture, technical roadmaps, and prototypes
- Build, test, and deploy AI models into production leveraging AWS services
- Coach and mentor more junior data scientists and analysts
- Continuously explore new AI techniques and methodologies to drive innovation

- **Experience. **You’ll have a PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field. 7+ years experience architecting and developing AI/ML systems. Expertise in Python, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other ML libraries/frameworks. Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms like AWS.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $99,900.00 - $267,570.00 / Year
