Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and orientation sessions
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Support HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs
- Assist with benefits administration and resolve employee inquiries regarding benefits
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee relations and promote a positive work environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience working in human resources or a related role
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP, Paylocity, iCIMS, Dayforce, or PeopleSoft
- Knowledge of talent management processes and best practices
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in social media management for employer branding initiatives

Pay: $17.20 - $20.71 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Miami, FL 33155 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Miami, FL 33155: Relocate before starting work (required)
