OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a **Barista**.

**What will you be doing most days?**
- Act with integrity, honesty and competencepromoting the culture, values and mission of the property
- Deliver legendary customer service by having a customer-comes-first attitudeconnecting with the customer, discovering the customers needs, and responding to those needs.
- Contribute to a positive environment by recognizing changes in coworkers morale and performance and communicating those changes to the supervisor or manager
- Assist with the training of new team members
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that coworkers can locate resources and products.
- Maintain calm demeanor during periods of high volume or during unusual events to continue operational standards and to set a positive example for the stores team.
- Follow all cash management policies
- Adhere to all recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Continually reviews the stores environment to identify problems, concerns and opportunities

**What are the requirements for this position?**
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You have strong customer service in retail and/or hospitality knowledge
- You have strong problem solving and organizational skills
- You learn quickly, build relationships, and communicate effectively

**Physical Requirements for this Position**

This can be a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

**Travel Requirements**

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
