The Accounting and Operations Assistant will be entrusted with a diverse set of responsibilities, including, but not limited to the following:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Operations**:

- Review, input, and process vendor bills through e-check system.
- Create accurate, on-time, and consistent client invoices.
- Prepare electronic checks and facilitate remote bank deposits.

**Software Proficiency**:

- In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Demonstrate intermediate Excel skills for effective financial analysis and reporting requirements.

**Operational Efficiency**:

- Reconciling expense accounts, bank accounts, and credit cards, understanding of Expensepoint a plus.
- Contribute to enhancing internal processes for accountability and management of team participation.

**Adaptability and Multitasking**:

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational skills.
- Take the initiative to complete special projects amidst interruptions.
- Takes the initiative to pivot and problem solve in creative ways to achieve desired results.
- Possesses critical thinking skills to anticipate big picture thinking and understanding individual contributions to the full process.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or multiple years of Accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Online.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with the use of project management platforms.
- Technically savvy and quick learner.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and a variety of demands with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate.
- Willingness to work beyond regular business hours if necessary.
- High-speed internet connection at home (cost reimbursed by the company).
- 2-5+ years of relevant experience.

**Benefits**:
This position is a temporary position through November 2024. Healthcare, Dental, and Vision benefits are paid 100%, and a Retirement plan match and PTO are provided to all employees.

Compensation is commensurate with experience ranging between $55,000 - $65,000 annually.
