Job Summary: As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Your role is crucial in maintaining a positive and professional image of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greeting and Welcoming: Warmly welcome visitors and clients as they arrive at the office. Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

2. Answering and Directing Calls: Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, transferring them to the appropriate department or individual.

3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including sorting mail, managing courier deliveries, and scheduling appointments.

4. Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. Ensure reading materials are stocked and up to date.

5. Assisting Visitors: Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about the company, its services, and its policies.

**Requirements**:
1. 1 year of experience required.

2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, visitors, and colleagues.

3. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, with a courteous and helpful attitude.

4. Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and photocopiers. Basic computer skills are required.

6. Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
