We are in need of **Qualified Mental Health Professionals** to provide supportive services to at-risk youth.

Services we provide:

- Intensive In Home Services
- Mental Health Skill Building

We go the extra mile to connect the families we serve with much needed resources, including crisis and community stabilization, housing and outpatient therapy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide mental health services for individuals..
- Provide mentoring, psycho-educational, and crisis de-escalation services.
- Provide support and training in parenting, social and anger management skills.
- Provide training in self-sufficiency and self-management skills.
- Evaluate levels of risk and assistance with implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
- Provide academic, vocational guidance and education on community awareness, responsibility and goal-setting.
- Facilitate care coordination with other service providers to strengthen existing supports while identifying additional resources and supports.
- Assist with the transport of individuals to appointments, hearings, school and recreational activities.
- Monitor and record individual behavior. Document individual progress according to existing standards and policies to assure confidentiality and protection of individual.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapist, psychiatrist, case manager and/or substance abuse provider to develop, plan and manage treatment.
- A degree in human services or related field* from an accredited institution with at least one year of clinical experience.**:

- Must be able to clear criminal background and CPS registry checks.
- Must register with the appropriate board.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid automobile insurance.

**Clinical experience means having provided direct behavioral services to individuals with mental illness, intellectual disability, or who is receiving gerontology or special education service. Must have documented experience of work and experience with implementing individualized service plans

Required education: Bachelor's, Master's PhD or PsyD, based on position.
