At our medical facility, we provide compassionate and comprehensive mental and physical health services to individuals and families. Our mission is to empower our patients to achieve well mental and physical health.

**Scope of Employment **:The Outpatient Director functions under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer & Chief Operating Officer at TSCHC.

**Key Responsibilities **:Responsibilities:
**1. Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and communicate the organization's vision, mission, and strategic direction.
- Lead strategic planning efforts to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and service expansion.

**2. Executive Leadership**:

- Provide executive leadership and guidance to all staff members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Establish clear goals and performance expectations for staff members and hold them accountable for achieving results.

**3. Financial Management**:

- Oversee the financial management of the outpatient treatment center, including budget development, revenue generation, and expense management.
- Ensure that financial goals are met and that resources are allocated effectively to support the organization's mission and objectives.

**4. Program Development**:

- Develop and implement outpatient treatment programs that meet the needs of our patient population.
- Ensure that programs are evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and aligned with best practices in outpatient care.

**5. Staff Supervision**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff members working in outpatient services.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

**6. Patient Care Coordination**:

- Oversee the coordination of outpatient care services, including intake assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Ensure that patients receive timely and appropriate care and address any concerns related to patient care.

**7. Quality Assurance**:

- Establish and enforce quality assurance standards to maintain the highest standards of care in outpatient services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outpatient programs and services and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.

**8. Compliance and Regulation**:

- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards governing outpatient treatment centers.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks.

**9. Budget Management**:

- Oversee the budget for outpatient services and monitor expenses to ensure that financial goals are met.
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and revenue generation in outpatient care.

**10. Community Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote outpatient services.
- Participate in community outreach activities and networking events to raise awareness of our outpatient programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Master 's degree in healthcare administration, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-years of experience in healthcare management, with specific experience in outpatient care settings required.
- Proven track record of success in operational leadership roles, with a focus on driving performance improvement and achieving results.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Knowledge of outpatient treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.
- Visionary leadership style with a commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
