Job Summary

The People Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive employee experience for the Richmond Division of Super Radiator Coils. This includes managing a successful IDP program, support for shop supervision related to IDP’s and department staffing strategies as well as participating in other areas related to the employee experience.
- Actively participate in discussions, meetings and brainstorming of items related to employee experience.
- Actively participate in the development of office employees as needed.
- Actively work with Shop Managers and Supervisors relating to department staffing strategies.
- Work with Shop Managers and Supervisors to strategize ways to help employee’s personal growth through IDP’s, coaching and other avenues.
- Close/ongoing collaboration with Technical Training Coordinator for progressing needs of shop personnel.
- Monitor and recommend shop employee training & assessments by working closely with the Technical Training Coordinator.
- Actively participate in the development, monitoring, and improvement of shop employees through the IDP process.
- Support, training and guidance for Shop Managers, Supervisors and Leads for items related to the IDP process.
- Conduct and participate in 90-Day IDP meetings with Employee, Manager, Supervisors and/or Leads.
- Conduct and participate in annual IDP meetings with Employee, Manager, Supervisors and/or Leads.
- Track employee progress in our database as employee(s) work through IDP goals.
- Active team player, with the expectation that you are willing to jump in when needed to help support the department.
- Ability to take on other duties as department needs or department structure changes.
- Maintain and enhance expertise by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
