**Job Description**:
Are you a recent graduate looking to start a growing career with a great company? Do you have great customer service and computer skills? If you answered yes, then this job is for you
At Vertical Screen, Inc., we perform background checks so our clients’ job applicants can get hired.
In this role you will be utilizing your customer service skills to investigate the employment and education history of our clients’ job applicants. You will be working in a unique call center environment where you will make outbound calls without any sales or solicitation involved
This is a full-time position at 40 hours a week working 10am-6pm Monday through Friday.
This is an **on-site **position located out of **Warminster, PA**. The **starting pay is $15hr** with lots of room for growth
**Responsibilities**:
- Verify education and employment history as well as conduct reference interviews
- Master the proprietary software to accurately transcribe verified information and notes
- Meet pre-established production goals
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Openness to work in a metric driven environment
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to efficiently operate and navigate a computer and internal software
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
