As WithMe's **Director of Finance**, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). This role reports to the Head of Finance. This position will work remotely; however, there may be travel up to 10%, including overnights. This position offers equity in the company through stock options.

**The Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Implement and manage new financial reporting and FP&A software; develop and implement financial policies and plans.
- Collaborate with executives and directors to build and manage forecasts and budget.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze business profitability by product line and package offering
- Develop strategies to increase profitability and return on investment
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis.
- Provide financial advice and counsel to the CEO, COO, Head of Finance and other senior management.
- Manage a team of finance and accounting staff and outsourced resources.
- Other daily activities as required.

**To Be Successful**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in finance or accounting with financial planning and analysis experience; minimum of three (3) years managing staff.
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work remotely; ability to travel as needed.
