**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responding for customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Testing equipment and troubleshooting hardware issues
- Providing technical support to all departments, including shipping and receiving
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise HDDs, SSDs, JBODs, Servers, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in typing with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- Ability to research, understand and guide issues within policies

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
