Retail Sales Associates can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, help customers sign up for new services, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Generate sales and provide excellent customer service
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
- Process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

**Skills**
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong communication and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,800.00 per week

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
