**Continuum Home Health Care**, is a leading provider of in-home healthcare services in the West Michigan area, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Operational Support Staff. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing crucial administrative and logístical support to our home care professionals and clients and also being support staff to our caregivers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate patient schedules, appointments, and record keeping
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and caregivers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Assist with the onboarding and training of new home care aides
Manage inventory and order supplies for caregivers in the field
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations
Provide general office support as needed, including data entry, filing, and answering phones

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in using technology, including electronic health record systems
- Compassionate and empathetic approach when interacting with clients and their families

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
