2024 Corporate Analyst Program - Business & Tech Majors (Hagerstown, MD)

**Corporate Analyst Program**:
**What you will do**:
As a part of the Project Management track within the Corporate Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program. In this role, you will help to deliver non-technical project outcomes within time, cost, and quantity parameters by engaging in project planning activities, executing to project goals and business objectives, monitoring and controlling all aspects of the project, closing out and validating achievement of project objectives/deliverable.

**What you need to have**:

- Recent graduates of a bachelor’s degree program in a STEM program
- 3.0 + GPA

**What would be great to have**:

- Knowledge of Nice WFM (or equivalate WFM Application)
- Experience in Python, R Languages, SQL, T-SQL, PowerBi, and Tableau
- Familiarity with Fiserv and CCO policies and procedures

$48,200.00 - $79,600.00
