Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to handle the financial operations of our firm, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial matters.
**Job Description**:
- Accurately process settlements with complex fee divisions, expenses, and multiple liens.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting and all accounting functions of the firm, including preparing the P&Ls.
- Maintain accurate reporting of firms' IOLTA accounts in various jurisdictions.
- Liaise with the external accounting firm to process monthly and annual bank reconciliations and 1099 reporting requirements.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.
- Supervise and mentor finance team staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management and accounting, preferably within a law firm or legal services environment.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Advanced QuickBooks knowledge.
Nice to Have:
- CPA Certification.
- Experience using Smart Advocate.
- Knowledge of personal injury law and related financial processes.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
