**Vendor Coordinator’s Assistant**
**Job Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:
- Assist Coordinator with new vendor onboarding and vetting
- Assist with managing and updating the vendor list
- Organize and file paperwork
- Assist Coordinator with vendor audits
- Draft documents and prepare reports
- Create and update spreadsheets
- Coordinate vendor meetings
- Calendaring
- Miscellaneous duties and tasks assigned by the Coordinator
- Work on Saturdays and Sundays required during Festival season
**Job Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong administrative assistant skills
- Strong Data Entry skills
- Understands and adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Ability to work under strict guidelines, competing priorities, and immediate requests
- Maintains courteous demeanor at all times
- Demonstrates ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
**Preferred Job Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Experience working with vendors
- Experience in the entertainment business
